Q:How long does it take to receive my product?

Taking shipping to the United States as an example, shipping times may vary in different countries.

  • Standard order: 4 working days
  • VIP expedited order: 8 working days

      2.Shipping time:7-14 working days

      4.While we offer unlimited free revisions and a free proofreading process, each change will take an additional 1-2 business days.

Q: Do you provide proof of the bobblehead? 

  1. We will proof your bobblehead and send photos to your email for you to proofread. If we get your approval, we'll finalize it. If you are not satisfied, we will modify it for you free of charge according to your requirements. And send the modified bobblehead to you again for proofreading.
  2. Bobbleheads are hand-carved, so the bobbleheads may not look exactly like your photo.
  3. Please respond within 48 hours to approve or disapprove. During this time, we will follow your request to change the proof until you confirm approval.
  4. If you don't reply within 48 hours, we will assume that you have approved and sent the proof.
  5. The proof has been approved: This means that you agree with the proof and will not change it.

Q:What materials are bobbleheads made from?

  1. We use high quality polymer clay, a non-toxic, multi-color and moldable material that gives your bobble head a high-resemblance and fun look..
  2. The finished bobblehead doll has high hardness and certain toughness and can be stored for a long time..

Q:Bobblehead doll packaging

  1. Each bobblehead doll will be packaged in an exquisite gift box, so you don’t need to worry about giving it away because there is no exquisite packaging. The gift box is free.

Q:How many photos do I have to send?

  1. A clear front view photo is preferred. If you have a different photo, please contact us.
  2. After placing an order, you will not be able to change the photos and plans for making the bobblehead.

Q:Can I make additional requests?

  1. If you have any special requirements for your order, you can leave a note on the order page or send an email to info@yubobblehead.com.

Q:Can I add accessories to my bobblehead? 

  1. Yes, if you have some other accessories that need to be added to the bobblehead doll, please note your requirements on the order page and we will contact you in time.

Q:How will I know my order has shipped?

  1. After shipment, we will upload your order tracking number and send your order tracking number to your email simultaneously.
