• We proof your bobblehead and can modify it for free, and will send you a proof of the sample. Each bobblehead is handcrafted by experienced craftsmen, ensuring each product's uniqueness and exquisite craftsmanship.

• Now we have our own website and over the years we have employed 17 experienced engravers as well as professional customer service staff to provide the best service for your orders at all times. 

• We offer 2 types of customisation. The first is a 100% custom bobblehead made from your photos. The second is that we provide body templates and the head is customised according to the photos you provide.

• No matter what kind of customized solution, we will provide professional services (free modification and 100% proofing satisfaction service). Please note that if you choose a bobblehead with a fixed body template, only the head will be proofread and modified, not the body.

• The production process consists of three steps. First, we will send you a facial proof for review (note that there is no hair at this stage). If you agree, we will add hair to it and send it back to you for approval. If we get your approval again, we will send the body part to you for review (note that this is only for 100% custom orders). If we get your approval again, it will be packed and shipped. Please note that due to the nature of the material, once we get your approval, we will finalise it and the finalised part cannot be modified. 

• We support a full refund within 24 hours after placing the order. The money will be returned via the original route within 2-5 working days. 
• If you choose to refund, we will refund 40% of the order amount during the production process. (Since the bobblehead doll is unique and cannot be sold twice, labor and material costs will be incurred) 
• We will not accept refunds after the shipment.
